Social Media Ads Editor

We build and run paid social for clinics, and the edit is what makes or breaks an ad. We're looking for an editor who lives in short-form, feels why a hook lands in the first two seconds, and can cut a punchy 15–30 second ad that stops the scroll and drives action. We hire remotely worldwide, with strong teams across the Philippines and South Africa.

• Cut short-form video ads (Reels / TikTok / Shorts) from supplied and stock footage
• Craft hooks and intros that earn the first 3 seconds
• Add AI-generated voiceover (ElevenLabs) and source fitting music (Suno / licensed libraries)
• Add captions, motion and light graphics that lift retention
• Iterate fast on feedback and ship at volume without dropping quality
